can you tell me what the maximum debt of $60.00 is
The $60 maximum Debit you see in your member’s area is the amount a seller can go into debit with TrueAnt before their account is suspended & heaps of emails are sent to clear the debt. It is a default setting that only affects sellers if they fall into debit. This amount is edited according the sellers request & TrueAnt discretion First you must be a registered user of TrueAnt website. If you are not already a Registered TrueAnt User then Clicking Here to register
To become a TrueAnt Verified Seller you will need to log onto TrueAnt website & click the SELL tab found in the header of every page.
Once you have clicked this SELL tab you will be taken to a page requesting you to click the GET VERIFIED link which will take you to the payment process. Here you will have the option to pay this verification fee using PayPal or Direct Deposit into TrueAnt bank account Have not received Activation email from TrueAnt yet or cannot find it to activate your TrueAnt membership.
Please go to your email account provider’s web page. & check the junk, spam, trash or quarantine files.
You will need to login & open your webmail & when you find the emails sent from TrueAnt you will need to ok TrueAnt as a safe sender.
I have just had another new member with the same problem & this is what he had to say
"Hi Greg I went to my internet online email account at my providers web page where all email's are kept for 30 odd days before being deleted and found the Trueant email had been placed in the quarantine folder, I ok the file as known to me , then was allowed to download the email to my personal computer. Should have no more problems with Trueant emails coming through (Also found another email sender who I thought had been sending to wrong address as been blocked by the provider). Well you can learn something new all the time.
Hope this may help another who may also be having problems."
I can manually activated your account if requested but we still need to be sure that you can receive emails from TrueAnt & its members as I am sure you can understand.
Please send an email to ant@trueant.com.au if you cannot find these emails on your email account provider’s web page & send it from the provider’s webmail page.
There are a few options to choose from

You can close each of your listings from your member’s area by using the ‘End Auction Early’ link for each listing. This will place your listings in your Closed Auctions page ready to be re-listed when you come back.

You can request TrueAnt to suspend all your listings until you request them to be reinstated for re-listing. This is a similar result to you closing your listings yourself as mentioned in the option above. Only difference is you will not be able to re-list these suspended listings without having to contact TrueAnt first & having these listing reinstated.

You can request TrueAnt to un-verify you as a seller & this will close all your listings until you have re-verified as a seller & then you would be able to re-list these listings

I wanted to understand until what is my debt with TrueAnt and when used
ANSWER
Each time you place a standard listing you are charged a Listing Fee ($1) & any extra features chosen for that listing will be added to the Listings fee. Remember any unsold listing is re-listed free of charge including any extra features it contains.
All listing charges are charged to your TrueAnt Account as soon as you place a listing.
TrueAnt would like their sellers to clear any debit they have in their accounts at the end of every month. The minimum debit that a seller can paid through PayPal is $5.
TrueAnt Seller Account are set to allow up to $10 debit limit. Remember if you reach your $10 limit your Sellers verification & all listings will be placed on suspension until the debt is paid & then all listing & your seller’s verification will be reactivated again.

Can I set the time of my sale ending,
Answer:
Yes you can set your own ending time. You can even go to an existing listing & edit the listings ending time. Remember you cannot edit listings that have bids already placed on them. The best advice I can offer is to try setting the ending time to your chosen time then check the listing to see if ending time suites your request. If you from a different time zone then you need to consider the difference to Sydney Australia & make adjustments to suite. You may find you need to adjust the ending time more than once to work out an ending time setting that suite you
Remember there are 2 types to consider the Countries Time Zones & the Servers time

First I would like to point out that it is free to register with TrueAnt as a member.
Sellers need to be verified by paying a Sellers verification Fee. This is required every 90 days. The seller’s verification process every 90 days is to ensure sellers remain active & their details are to date.
TrueAnt charges a Sellers Registration Fee of $5
This Selling Site has:
- No After Sale Fee or End of Auction fee
- No Final Value Fee
- No Buy now or Reserve price fee,
- No additional category fee,
- No fee for relisting unsold items.

Sorry to say at present TrueAnt does not have media upload available to sellers. At present I am still researching the cost of having this option in place.
Yes of course we let you block any members who you don’t wish to deal with. The choice as to who is yours. You will see a link to blocking users in your member’s area after you sign up.
If you wish to block certain users from bidding on any of your items, you can add their usernames to this page: You can also specify the reason you have blocked them, and blocked users can be deleted (unblocked).
We are sorry if a customer doesn’t pay but we can not be responsible or held liable for their actions. So in this case there would not be any refund or free relist. I can tell you we contact all new members in person & check their details before they are approved. Any member miss using this auction site will have their account suspended or terminated
