This is an unusual item,it is as far as I can tell a pen holder for your desk. It is made in F R Germany the old West Germany. It is a purple character similar to Grimace the McDonalds character. Only slight surface rust on bottom the rest is in quite good condition for its age,good for stress to shake it and wobble its head. thanks for looking.
