"GALAXY" MULI-PURPOSE WOOD WORKING MACHINE Good Used Condition FREE WOODTURNING BOOK See inset 3rd picture Recently cleaned, repaired and re-painted this machine is ready and ideal for serious DYO person to do a multitude of tasks. 1 · Picture 1 shows it set up as a wood turning lathe at one end of power head and sharpening disc on the other. Included are 6 assorted "MARPLES" turning chisels (pictured) · Picture 2 shows it set up as saw bench at one end and drum sander on the other. Included are 5 different types of saw blades used for ripping, cross-cutting and rebating of different types and thickness of timber. · Picture 3 shows the power head lifted vertically to allow it to be used as a drill press. The power head shaft can be lowered by means of the handle to drill to a depth of 130mm. · Rebating can be done on the back of the machine using the handy table and a saw blade. The back-stop guide can be used on either table there is also a bevel guide (not shown) · A router or jigsaw can also be fitted to the sawing table and there are 3 different centers for it. Router can also be fitted and used while turning · For wood turning there is a bowl plate a live centre and dead centre. The whole power head can be moved over the entire length of the bed as can the tool post. · All adjustments can be made by the big winged nuts and one Allen key. The tail stock is fixed and can be set to do tapered wood turning.
