This is great Flood Light with own transformer is great for spot lighting up garden feature or on boat with 240 volt power supply. Could be converted as dual voltage light for emergency lighting from car battery

I cannot guarantee it water proof but I think it may be water resistant, comes with adjustable mounting bracket in sturdy steel housing.
