This was found in back of 1968 VW beetle that I recently dismantled I tried it on the nuts and it fits.

I would say definite Australian made SIDCHROME brand with hub cap lever and rubber bumper has some surface rust (see picture).

Because of my very limited storage space all my items are pre-packed ready to send I can only combine postage by attaching 2 or more parcels together depending on final size and weight.
