This ADSL modem came with a heap of other stuff I bought at local garage sale, it is series III run by computer USB and comes with cables and adaptors (see picture) it looks OK but I have not tested it as I am on different server.

Sent in recycled padded bag 23cm x 4cm x 16cm weight 260 grams
